At Namaste Hot,  Vinyasa yoga is the primary style of yoga practiced. Vinyasa (pronounced "vin-yah-sah") means "to flow". Vinyasa classes incorporate fluid, sequential movements. Vinyasa teachers choreograph their classes to smoothly transition from pose to pose, and often play music to keep things lively. If you're looking for something different and love to test your physical limits, Vinyasa style maybe what you need!

 Lois Reff : Yoga Instructor
 I am Lois Reff and I am so excited to be teaching at Namaste Hot!
My classes are a Vinyasa flow and whether we are swaying to soul music in a restorative class or rocking it out to Jimmy Buffet in a power class, FUN is one of my first goals – it's OK to laugh in a yoga class!
I strive to make my classes a relaxed healing experience for the mind and body while leaving the student feeling like we have found every forgotten muscle.
I am trained through YogaFit, which combines exercise science with traditional yoga. Specialized in trauma-sensitive yoga with a 140 hour Warrior Certificate, I help people who have experienced PTSD or other trauma related issues through the healing benefits of yoga movement and breath.
I LOVE introducing yoga into the lives of first time students! My first yoga classes were waaaaay back in 1978 and although there was a break between then and when I began teaching in 2013; I never lost my appreciation of the yoga journey.
I live in the woods with my husband, Kevin, along with a household of three geriatric dogs and three cats. My two favorite ways I restore my soul are reclining on the end of our dock, soaking up the sun; and riding on the back of our motorcycle, touring our amazing lakes country. I am blessed to be able to share my yoga practice with you!

 Mary Bertrand : Yoga Instructor
 Mary has been passionate about health and wellness for the past 15 years; exploring many types of diets and excercises. Yoga was one form of excercise that stood out to her as she felt the benefits continue well into the next day. Mary's yoga practice has since become her passion.  After working 8 years as a CNC machinist operator, Mary felt compelled to begin working to serve others. Mary earned her 200RYT Certification in Hot/Power Yoga. She is excited to share the gift of yoga with others to help them restore their health and wellness in the way that it has helped her to heal, relieve stress, and maintain balance through all of life's trials and challenges. Outside of yoga, Mary enjoys spending time with her son and two daughters, running, researching life, and being outdoors.
